Margaret Ann (Margie) Rosch, 63, of Northwood, IA passed away on Friday, November 27, surrounded by her loving family. She fought a long and courageous battle with cancer. A public visitation will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Schroeder & Sites Funeral Home, Northwood starting at 9:30 a.m. In light of the current state mandates masks will be required for the visitation and service, and only 15 people will be allowed in the building at a time, please plan accordingly. The family understands if you would prefer to send condolences. Please send those to 4996 Partridge Avenue, Northwood, IA 50459. A private memorial service will also be held on Saturday, December 5, 2020. Margie was born August 9, 1957, in Hastings, Minnesota, to William and Florence Zeien. She was a 1975 graduate of Hastings High School. She married Steven Rosch on September 10, 1977. They lived in Minnesota and moved to Northwood in 1984. Steven passed away in 1994. Margie was a 4-H leader in Worth County for many years and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Manly. She was the office manager of Welsh Chiropractic Clinic in Northwood for 28 years. Margie enjoyed gardening, baking, quilting, crafts and birdwatching. She loved being a mother and grandmother, and spoiling her grandchildren. She enjoyed annual family traditions including pumpkin carving, egg dying, and cookie day with the grandkids. She also loved holiday decorating in her beautiful home. Margie is preceded in death by her husband, Steven, parents, and father and mother-in-law, Dale and Phyllis Rosch. She is survived by: partner, John Janssen; daughter, Sara (Marcus) Rienhardt of Janesville, MN; son, Joey (Kate) of Rochester, MN; grandchildren, Adalynn, Parker, Max, Garrett, Ruby and Everly; four sisters; five brothers; many other relatives and friends.
